Designer Gabbi McAullay has installed a modern-classic interior which brings the century old building into harmony with the latest dining trends, enriching Perth´s cultural evolution.

Executive Chef Graeme Shapiro has formally trained in Ireland and Thailand and cooked in London and Sydney as well as his birthplace of Cape Town, South Africa where he became renowned for innovation and flare with his menus, changing the face of the South African culinary scene.

He has featured on shows, Ready Steady Cook and Off The Menu with Ainsley Harriot, and has frequently rated amongst South Africa´s top chefs and restaurateurs. He describes his influences as `global village´, utilising imported ingredients to marry with our own fresh local produce. Signature dishes include Manjimup marron and mussels in an Asian broth of tamarind and coconut cream; venison 1907, an interpretation of a dish created a century ago, the classic `Diane´ - a tribute to the goddess of the hunt.

Chef Shapiro has designed a menu which reflects the contemporary yet classical elegance of the interior to create a dining experience par excellence. In his own words; `the diner should come away feeling like they could not have produced the same at home´.

Our extensive wine list presents wines both from the Antipodes and across the globe. The wine list features some of Australia´s better known wineries as well as paying respect to many smaller boutique wineries which are also producing world class wines with passion and flair.
