Sipping With Singles - Valentine's Day 2012
Stylish singles - this event is for you! Spend this Valentine’s Day at 1907 Cocktail Bar sipping indulgent cocktails with like-minded people. We will be hosting a casual and fun form of speed dating combined with cocktails and canapés. The event is especially for single people and there will be an even match of girls and guys.

Food menu in the Cocktail Bar
A new food menu for the cocktail bar has recently been introduced to the mix. Available from 5pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday. Tempt your taste buds even more.
Tuesdays - 'Tantalising Oyster Tuesday'
Light up your Tuesday night - Receive two complimentary oysters when you purchase a glass of Sparkling, Martini, Tom Collins or Chilli Citrus Ginger Daiquiri. A little treat from 1907. If two oysters are not enough, indulge in half price freshly shucked natural oysters $1.90 each (normally $3.80). Available 5pm to 7pm.
Thursdays - 'Thursday Therapy'
The 1907 team have concocted the ideal remedy for Thursdays - a mix of four elements - four different contemporary cocktails (each based on a different spirit) for $10 each all evening. The Eclectic Elements cocktail menu will change monthly, so come on in for the perfect fix.
Fridays - 'Friday Fusion of the Finest'
Celebrate the end of the working week in style with 1907's tantalising champagne cocktails, $10 from 4pm to 6pm.
Saturdays - 'Saturdays Stirred, Not Shaken'
Experience one of 1907's classic martinis with our own special twist.
1907 Cocktail Courses
On the last Saturday of every month 1907 runs cocktail making courses, from 12pm to 3pm. During this course guests will learn the basics of cocktail making from the knowledgeable and skilled bartenders at 1907. Guests will get to make three cocktails each; a classic cocktail, a twisted classic and one of the top selling contemporary cocktails on 1907’s award winning list. The best part is you get to drink the cocktails you’ve made! Spaces are limited, so register your interest by emailing 1907's Bar Managers, Mike and Scott.
We also offer private courses for groups of 10 and over. Ideal for corporate team building events, entertaining clients, hens nights and birthdays! $60 per person.
