1907 Cocktail Bar is discretely situated underneath 1907 Restaurant, down the alleyway on Queen Street. The venue is dedicated to bringing you an extensive range of the world's best cocktails, beers, spirits and wines, all with an emphasis on quality and flavour, adding life to Perth's evolving small bar scene. Our aim, quite simply, is to provide an out of the ordinary nightlife experience in a classic yet contemporary way.
The 1907 team have used their national and international experience to create a truly exceptional drinks list of the highest standard. This includes an extensive cocktail selection featuring home made liqueurs, bitters, infused syrups and sorbets, and our special reserve liquor cabinet which holds some of the world’s rarest and oldest whiskies, cognacs and dark rums – no corners have been cut to provide premium beverage options.
Luxurious ottomans, designer Italian lounge chairs, a spectacularly lit up bar and great tunes all combine to create a seductive, intimate, sophisticated and chic ambience not yet seen before in Perth.

TUESDAYS - 'Tantalising Oyster Tuesday', Available 5pm to 7pm
Light up your Tuesday night - Receive two complimentary oysters when you purchase a glass of Sparkling, Martini, Tom Collins or Chilli Citrus Ginger Daiquiri. A little treat from 1907. If two oysters are not enough, indulge in half price freshly shucked natural oysters $1.90 each (normally $3.80).
THURSDAYS – ‘Thursday Therapy, 5pm to midnight
The 1907 team have concocted the perfect remedy for Thursdays - a contemporary mix of four elements - four different contemporary cocktails for $10 each all evening on Thursdays. The Eclectic Elements cocktail menu will change monthly, so come on in for the perfect fix.
FRIDAYS – ‘Friday Fusion of the Finest’,4pm-1am (12am Lockout).
Celebrate the end of the working week in style, with 1907’s finest spirits and cocktail fusions. Champagne cocktails, $10 from 4pm to 6pm.
SATURDAYS – ‘Saturdays Stirred, Not Shaken’, 6pm-1am (12am Lockout).
