1907 Bar is dedicated to bringing you a select range of the world's best cocktails, beers, spirits and wines, with an emphasis on quality rather than popularity or price. Our aim, quite simply, is to provide an out of the ordinary nightlife experience for you and your guests, and to give you the chance to try new and different drinks from around the globe. 

The 1907 team have used their national and international experience to create a truly exceptional drinks list, including an original cocktail selection featuring our home made liqueurs, bitters, infused syrups and sorbets, and our special reserve liquor cabinet, which features some of the world´s rarest and oldest whiskies, cognacs and dark rums. A bar menu providing an assortment of tantalizing snacks and dishes is also available.

Luxurious ottomans, designer Italian chairs and a spectacularly lit up bar all combine to create a contemporary and sophisticated  ambience not yet seen before in Perth.

WEDNESDAYS - Open 5pm - midnight.

THURSDAYS - 'Sip in the City' - Stay in the city and enjoy Perth's best cocktails. $10 all night with tunes from our resident DJ.

FRIDAYS – Head down to 1907 to celebrate the end of the working week.
Free limousine transfers from your workplace to the bar for groups of 10 available from 4-6pm every Friday. Secure your spot by emailing meagan@1907.com.au. Bookings are limited so get in quick. (Metropolitan area only).

SATURDAYS – Our resident DJ provides the perfect start to your Saturday night. Open from 5pm-1am.
