1907 Cocktail Bar is discretely situated underneath 1907 Restaurant, down the alleyway on Queen St. The venue is dedicated to bringing you an extensive range of the world's best cocktails, beers, spirits and wines, all with an emphasis on quality and flavour, adding life to Perth's evolving small bar scene. Our aim, quite simply, is to provide an out of the ordinary nightlife experience in a classic yet contemporary way. 

The 1907 team have used their national and international experience to create a truly exceptional drinks list of the highest standard. This includes an extensive cocktail selection featuring home made liqueurs, bitters, infused syrups and sorbets, and our special reserve liquor cabinet which holds some of the world’s rarest and oldest whiskies, cognacs and dark rums – no corners have been cut to provide premium beverage options. 

Luxurious ottomans, designer Italian lounge chairs, a spectacularly lit up bar and great tunes all combine to create a seductive, intimate, sophisticated and chic ambience not yet seen before in Perth.

WEDNESDAYS – ‘Mid-Week Mad Hatters Tea Party', 4pm to midnight

“Yes, that’s it!” Said the Hatter with a sigh, “it’s always tea time.” – Lewis Carroll. 
Discover Wonderland on a Wednesday night. Down the alleyway, 26 Queen St – where the Queen of Hearts has her social affairs. Enjoy warm mulled wine and sake with a twist, served to you in tea cups. Tea for two $15, tea for four $30. Don’t be late for a very important date…

THURSDAYS – ‘Lustrous Thursdays’, 4pm to midnight

A sensory indulgence. Choose from a selection of our irresistible 'Seven Deadly Sins Cocktails', all for $10 all evening. The menu changes monthly, so a great excuse to be a little extravagant and try them all.

FRIDAYS – ‘Friday Fusion of the Finest’, 4pm-1am (12am Lockout).

Celebrate the end of the working week in style, with 1907’s finest spirits and cocktail fusions. Champagne cocktails, $10 from 4pm to 6pm.

SATURDAYS – ‘Saturdays Stirred, Not Shaken’, 4pm-1am (12am Lockout).
